BRANDING AND SIGNAGE

A slogan, logo, and branding elements were created to establish the brand for a student government campaign at Indiana State University. The array of designs included buttons, stickers, shirts, flyers, and yard signs. To accompany the signage and apparel on campus, Nick and Chase had to establish an online presence via Instagram. The posts aimed to catch the eyes of viewers, while their branding remained consistent throughout.

This campaign was directed toward the students of Indiana State University. Although this university has an enrollment of just 8,000 total students, it is a diverse group with a variety of interests and backgrounds. To appeal to all students, I prioritized a campaign that looked professional and organized. To achieve this, I insisted on using professional photography with minimal graphics. With most tickets historically using our school colors (blue and white), I chose two secondary colors that created something rarely seen on campus. The positive feedback from the social media graphics and color choices affirmed my thoughts. This taught me the importance and effect of color in designs on an audience.
